24 Java Security Challenges

Every day in December, until 24th, we will release a new Java code snippet that poses a critical security bug - similar to last years’ calendars. Each hidden bug can be in form of a classic vulnerability type, a faulty security patch that can be somehow bypassed, or a harmless looking feature that can be abused by attackers. Your challenge is to find the vulnerability and a way to exploit it. Along with each code challenge we will also release its solution for verification or learning purpose. Developers and security enthusiasts can learn about various pitfalls and tricks of the Java programming language that could be used in other languages as well. Sharpen your security skills, prepare yourself for 2020, and have a great December season!

We would like to thank all RIPS Code Analysis users for developing, testing, and securing their PHP and Java applications with us in 2019!
